Shipping Policy

At Confetti & Co., every box is thoughtfully curated and packed with love!

Monthly Celebration Boxes

• Subscription boxes ship between the 18 and 25th of each month. (For the following months' box)

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

One-Time Purchases & Shop Items

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Confetti & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we'll always do our best to help, Confetti & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
